Marcelo Deschamps d Alvarenga is Military Engineer from IME - Instituto Militar de Engenharia with MBA in Finance from COPPEAD/UFRJ and IBMEC-RJ. He has specialization in the area of Corporate Governance, Payment Systems, Derivatives and Securities Regulation, Enforcement and Market Oversight Regulation at the US SEC, CFTC, BIS and ECB.

Certified in Fintech and Artificial Intelligence from CFTE - Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship - London and Digital Economy at Latin America and Caribean from IADB.
